In 2019 I decided to start my own business. Prior to receiving my Conveyancing Licence, I obtained approximately 9 years of property law experience working at mid to large tier firms in Sydney CBD and Parramatta. For the last 2 years I specialised in residential sales and purchases. Within the last 2 years I gained the knowledge and confidence to be able to expand my goals to be able to open my own business.
I have experience in many areas of property law such as commercial sales and purchases, mortgages, leases, developments, estates and family law transactions. Although I have a broad range of skills I have decided to focus solely on Residential sales and purchases. I believe by having a sole area to focus on you can excel in this area and provide a service to clients that is thorough, prompt and efficient. I enjoy building relationships with clients which also prompted my reasoning for practicing in the private sector rather than the commercial.
Conveyancing By Karina is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division and PEXA.
